Menopause can occur at 19, so it is a possibility. Stress, new exercises, changed eating habits and basically any change that can have an impact on your body can affect your cycle. Also vasectomies have been know to not be 100% effective. If the test is negative (let us know!) go see a doc asap to rule out anything serious. Good luck!

What makes you think you are to young for menopause? Menopause can occur at any age although when it happens to younger women that is not normal. Stress and illness can cause a period to be late or to skip a period. You might also just be having an odd cycle.

you could be pregnant, you could be having other hormonal issues or just be having a normal change in your cycle.
Before you jump to conclusions, take the test first. Then see your doctor if your period doesn't come shortly after that to have them run a couple of blood tests to check your hormone levels. That will help detect issues. If you get havn't gotten a pap test done in a while, it might be due time to schedule one just to make sure you cervix is not the cause of the issue. I wish you luck.

Stress is a common cause for a cycle being out of cycle. Changes in levels of physical fitness can also cause it. The most common cause other than pregnancy thought is stress.

A multitude of things can affect you period. Stress, emotions, hormones, ect..Don't worry until there is a need to. If you find out that you are pregnant, you need to get your husband to go to the Dr immediately & get his sperm count checked. Unless you have a very understanding husband, I'm sure he will have alot of questions for you. By having him get checked out ASAP if you find out you are, it will ease his mind about...uh, other possibilities & keep you out of a really ugly fight.

It could be stress. I was so stressed out thinking I was pregnant at one time, and I skipped a month and a half. Don't worry.
