Because Males, with only 8% of the Child Custody, execute 14% of the Child Abuse?

Like a lot of other things in this world, custody matters are AFU. Courts assume (make an @ss of u and me). They assume mothers are the best place for the children, it isn't the only thing upside down in our judicial system. I seem to remember a Six Hundred Million Dollar verdict for some woman who spilled hot coffee in her lap. A lot can be traced back to trial lawyers and legislators (many of whom are lawyers) who protect that gravy train.

.... would you be referring to Sexual child abuse? ... because that's still predominately a Man's game.

my guess would be the frustration of always being with the child. or hatred felt toward the father.
