Yes, willy, myspace is just as accessible in the Philippines as in, say, the US. Isn't that something you can access wherever there's internet and a compatible browser?
In the Philippines, there's also porn, films, MTV, HBO, pizza, why they even have a government and religion in that republic. Mostly Catholics in said country, though, so consider yourself warned.
