don't go for cheap ones or else you'll regret having lost the beauty in your hair.

not so expensive ones are good enough, it may be a bit costly but better than risking your hair.

bench fix salon, david's,going straight are affordable ones and have really good services.

Going to any little neighborhood salon will save you plenty of money as highlighting can go as low as p300 (no kidding!), but expect your hair to get fried since they will definitely uise the cheap Bi-Gen hair dyes on you. This is definitely not where you should be too frugal!

How much the salon would charge for your highlights almost always depend on the length of your hair. Do try Ricky Reyes Salon as well as Reyes Haircutters. Their prices start at about p800 or so. I've had really good experiences at Ricky Reyes, while my two officemates love Reyes Haircutters.

Good luck!
