I'd like the party to be fun, of course, but cheap. And, if possible, for the better part of it to not be at my home. Also, does anyone know any good games or activities I might do?

Get together some of ur fave music and some of ur mates and throw a disco party! Make sure ur dad or something along those lines is at the door shooing away any un-wanted visitors! All you need is a cdplayer, power and mates!

oh..well, here are my top 5 tips for a nice and cheap b-day parties:
1)Appx. invite only a maximum of 50 people
2)Your party food should only be at least 4 viands, hotdog sticks, custard cake and 3 food servings any of your choice
3)Your b-day party spendings should only reach about an appx amount of $50-$100
4)If you want, you can set a RSVP type of party of only 50 persons
5)It should be fun, I suggest the games spin the bottle, and truth or consequence. Play it w/your friends..

Hope this helps for your party..Happy B-day..

You can go the the beach with your friends, and it's better if there is someone protect you and your friends... If it's in the beach don't forget to make a game or something challenge and if someone win the game you can give them the prize..

Being with your friends for your birthday is going to be priceless. Your true friends wouldnt care what your birthday is like. They just like hanging out with you. Go to the thrift stores and have a wacky dress up day. Happy Birthday Girl.

You could have it at a teen club, at the beach, or any place you enjoy that's free or cheap that everyone could go to. I'm sure there's something like that in CA.
