A doctor has no obligation to treat anyone. Hospitals owe a legal duty to accept patients even if they have no insurance and no money. However, a doctor in private practice has no obligation to accept any one person or any group of people as a patient.
Although, as we all know, doctors are supposed to treat anyone that is suffering, doctors also have a duty to not treat any person whom they feel they cannot fully and confidently treat. That is, if the doctor felt he might not do as good a job for you as a jewish patient, then he's right.
Its better he refused to treat you, then treat you and harm you unintentionally because of his bias which he hasn't let you on with.

Well, maybe your country men should not have assasinated an American Presidential candiate in 1968.
Palestinians often wonder why America sides with Israel.
Do you think we forgot that a Palestinian assasinated Robert Kennedy in 1968 ?

Actually, technically private practice is actually considered a business and they can refuse service if they choose to. On the other hand, if the doctor is employed at a hospital, say the hospital pays his salary they have signed documents that say they have to treat patients, whatever their race, creed, color, background and even if they don't have insurance.

He has no right to refuse treatment to anybody. Doctors are bound by ethics, Hipocrates oath (at least in theory) and by law.
But being realistic about animosities between the Jews and Palestinians I would find another doctor.

That's illegal. The doctor has sworn an oath to help the injured and sick regardless of their ability to pay, nationality, color, creed, et cetera. I'd say you probably have a well-paying law suit on your hands.

If you can prove that, the doctor could potentially lose his license. It goes against the hyppocratic oath.
