uhm..... the 360 isnt really that good of a machine... but... It all depends on what you feel, If you can wait a couple weeks, then theres no need to reserve it, but, if you really want it when it first comes out, then you should probrably reserver it, I dont think it should cost you any money actually... personally, if I really want to play it, then I would reserve it, if its not that big a deal then I can wait, but its up to you.
