There isn't a specific time limit on that. Keep in mind that if the baby is not healthy it wouldn't probably be a good idea. But also keep this in mind: Babies carry their mother's antibodies for up to six months, so it is typically harder for a newborn to get sick due to airborn germs. Also make sure you dress the baby accordingly. Babies can be dressed up just like you, meaning if it is warm out and your in a pair of shorts, you could put the baby in shorts. I would suggest dressing babies in something slightly warmer though. If it is extra sunny, make sure to put a hat on the baby, and put a loose fitting long-sleeved shirt on him/her, or some sunblock with a very high SPF rating. They have a special one for little ones. All in all, too much sun is bad, and you can enjoy the weather in the shade as well! Congrats, and good luck!

To me this depends entirely on the weather. If the weather is terribly cold, you would have to bundle him up alot. But just because it is cold doesn't mean it would make him sick. Fresh air is good for anyone. If the weather is mild, I wouldn't hesitate to take him for a walk or something right away. The thing you want to avoid is closed in spaces with lots of people which exposes him to lots of germs. Wide open spaces are much safer germwise. You may want to also be aware of possible allergies if there is alot of pollen in the air like there is where I am right now. In that case I would start with small outings and see how he takes it the rest of the day.
Have fun!

They usually say wait 6 weeks but your baby has a 2 week check up to go to so I think thats dumb. My son went out the Sunday after he got home. He was 4 days old. I dont see a problem. You take them out when you're coming from the hospital.

I took my baby for walks around the block a lot. I started when she was 2 weeks old. It's good for mommy's and baby's health. Just make sure it's warm enough outside and use some kind of shade to keep the sun out of his eyes. And a hat to make sure the top of his head doesn't get sunburned.

You dont have to wait long before taking your baby out,but all depends on where you are taking him to. If you need to take him to the hospital you can take him there right away but for other functions you have to consider the inconviniences on the part of the baby before taking him out.

If you're having the baby in the hospital, you'll have to take him out within two days after he's born to leave the hospital ;)
As long as they're dressed properly, healthy babies can go out as soon as you want to take them out.

In our culture itz good if u stay with the baby at home atleast 41 days beacuse many people do blck magic and some people just have an evil eye. so atleast 41 days and have a blk dot like frm an eye liner arnd his ear which helps preventing the evil eys.

i would wait a couple of weeks if you can and whenever someone wants to hold the baby or touch the baby, make sure their hands are newly washed....no ifs ands or buts. It's a horrible thing to watch your child suffer if they get sick especially when they are so little.

ive had all of mine out within 2 days of their release from the hospital and theyve all stayed healthy, just dont let a bunch of people handle them. my pediatrician told me that too much sheltering them from germs can actually be unhealthy...when they are first born they still have your immunity so unlikely to get sick....and they will form their own immunities to things they are exposed too. i was extra careful with my oldest son who was a preemie.....my younger son the doctor actually told me to take him out as much as possible during the day because he was jaundiced and natural sunlight is the only thing that will get rid of it other than the special UV lights they have at the hospital
