It depends on the content of the conversation. Also, what is the intent:? Just to chat about life, or looking for a connection with someone?

Not unless you are chatting about getting together, or taking it to a romantic level.
Simple chatting is not cheating, however chatting about hooking up or all the things you could do for each other might be crossing the line.

I know the answer to your question from past experience. If you could show your gf/bf all of your chat logs and she/he would not care then it would not be cheating. If you are talking about things that you would not want her to know about then yes it would be cheating. There is more then just physical cheating out there, there is emotional too and the list goes on.
Hope this helps.

No, cheating is having a romantic relationship with someone else when you are already married or dating someone. But if it's a harmless chat then no that would not be considered cheating. As long as you do not date, kiss(family is ok), or have sex with someone else when you are in a relationship, no it is not cheating.

That has a lot of different factors. What is the chat about if it is sexual than yes.If your chatting about your wonderful spouse or your children or the community you live in and stuff like that no.Does your spouse know about the chat than if so no.Do you have to hid the conversation than most likely yes.Are you giving out personal ingo such as address phone number how often or not you and your spouse have relations than yes.Hopefully you love your spouse and could be trusted enough to have a clean net chat.

This really all depends on what you are chatting about and what your intentions are by chatting. If it is sexual and leads to things that are suggestive and lustful and net sex or things like that then yes it is considered cheating and unfaithful. Just everday general chit chat is not cheating though.

It all depends on those two people that's talking, most of it are just having fun talking about anything or nothing at all, but if this two people flirt or talk about sex it will still harmless. People in opposite sex can be such a funny people talking to each others but that is all that they are trying to be.

Depends on what you chatting about. If it's just a normal conversation you would have with your friends then it's fine. Anything sexual is a big no no, in person or online. Hope this helps!

Depends what you are chatting about. In most cases, its not the best of ideas...it can lead to more. I think people know in their hearts when they are doing something wrong.
