I suggest the Lancome Flash Bronzer (you can get it at department stores or at lancome.com)... especially the one for legs, it's got a subtle tint and shimmer, so you can not only see where you apply it, but so you can walk out the door with an already more bronzed look. Plus it smells decent, unlike some others.... be sure to exfoliate & put lotion on your feet & kneew or elbows (drier areas) before applying, and wash your hands afterward with soap & cool water. good luck!

I'm not sure what is available in Canada but Jergen's makes a lotion for face and body called Natural Glow ... It's a gradual bronzer and they make it for light, medium, and dark skin ... I love the way it works because it is so gradual, I've never had any orange spots or missed areas ... I had my mom try it and she's porcelain and it didn't look fake on her, and I'm medium-toned and it still bronzes me ... Takes a few days to notice much, just looks natural and pretty ... Jergens is the way to go. It's a half and half mixture of lotion and tanner, that way it's harder to mess up. The results take about a week and it smells a little odd, but it works like a charm. I highly recommend it.
