Anybody knows of supporter companies to fund my reasearches on garage
size reactors for home production of ethanol?
It looks interesting to produce fuel at home !
I have designed a small home reactor to produce ethanol by using
electricity and part of home garbage as raw material.
I need to find interested parties like municipalities of large cities
to fund the project to install thousands of these reactors at homes .

Home production of ethanol is pretty easy.
The easiest to find parent material is SUGAR, you dissolve it in water in such a ratio that can yield a concentration of 12% alcohol, when fermentation is completed. Once you have the syrup, you can mix with mashed fruit* about 5% in weight the amount of sugar, then you add 1% in weight of yeast (sacharomyces cerevisae), all this in a plastic container, which is abandoned well closed but not air tight, in order to allow CO2 to escape. After some 8 to 12 days depending on the amount of yeast.
When fermentation is complete, proceed to distill in a home made still (I assume that you know how a still is made). The first distillate has to be fractionated in successive redistillations until you get a concentration of 95%.
As for fueling a car you need "dry" ethanol, you have to eliminate the 5% water treating it with chemical dehydrating agents such as lime (CaO), but this process comes in the next chapter. (search in the net for "absolute alcohol" or "alcohol absolute")

*) The fruit is needed to provide a source of nitrogen to feed the yeast and allow to reproduce it.

DISCLAIMER: The information above is given for a homework, and is not intended otherwise i.e. for an actual elaboration of ethanol, and make clear herewith that the product in mention has special regulations, as government's controlled substances.
