If you're trying to get him/her off formula start mixing whole milk in. 2 oz. of milk to 6 oz. of formula for a week then 4 oz of milk to 4 oz of formula until s/he is just on milk. If you're trying to get your baby off the breast, introduce the bottle or a sippy and reduce the number of feedings from the breast until s/he is completely off.
