Everyone learns at a different pace, but each person will also have his/her own learning style, e.g.

Visual learners learn by seeing diagrams or demonstrations
Auditory learners learn by hearing explanations or lectures
Tactile learners learn by doing while you oversee and explain

If you try one method of training and it doesn't work, you need to change the style of teaching to suit the needs of the person. Some people don't even realize what their learning style is, so they may not think to ask for a different method of training.

Getting annoyed with someone for not learning the same way as you do will serve no useful purpose. You cannot change someone else's behaviour; you can only change how you react to it.

Hope this is helpful

There are slow movers and slow learners.Slow movers are not handicapped just not motivated. If a person really is a slow learner.Patience is needed and losing your temper is a no no.They may be doing their best already.Maybe it's a health issue.Be an encouragement instead of a discouragement.
