Your friend is too young to get marry. Hey don't worry... your friend will not get marry because of the marriage law. Only 18 to up are allowed to get marry. However, your friend can marry if he has parental consent. I think his parents don't let him to get marry.. right?

don't use the word stupid, substitute it with immature or a wasted childhood just when young is supposed to be fun for kids, now they gotta jump into adulthood and haven't got a clue how to do that.. more than likely.

very stupid...how can a 16 year old possible raise a family? I'm 15 and working as many hours as I can and I couldn't even support myself if it wasn't for my parents.
