It appears that the Heritage Foundation, the American Enterprise Institute, and other far right wing orgs have representatives on Answers. They doing their job: trying to manipulate the public and sway discourse toward the far right--just like Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh. It's good to know that liberals, left-wingers, etc. don't play dirty as often!

It's interesting how this kind of question gets a lot more responses than the ones the require more thought and reflection. Most of these responses are pretty empty. Can anyone do better?

Yes, they also plague the Usenet groups and virtually anyplace on the internet where people get information.

Where they know they can't defeat the facts, they attempt to dilute the facts with hate and rascism or homophobia or whatever.

You got me.

I work for (some of) the same goals as those organizations daily. Don't forget The Caito Institute, The Cascade Policy Institute, and three dozen others I help as much as I can.

But no one has to pay me.

EDIT: Your question only requires a simple answer. You asked how many of us work for right-wing outfits. How in the hell would anyone know the answer? All answers would be mere speculation. Don't blame us for shallow answers when you ask questions with unknowable answers.

But, for what it's worth, there are plenty of better ways to spend lobbyist dollars than paying people to debate with the typical teenagers on Yahoo!Answers, for God's sake. It's a ridiculous proposition.

Are you saying that your upset that it appears that conservatives have the capacity to justify their statements and back them up with links. I guess that is a foreign concept to left wing nuts that post one or two insults that are 8 or 9 words in length and built around the term neocon.

I'm very happy that you are upset. I hope you have a dream tonight that FDR whispers in Nancy Pelosi's ear that she should push legislation through congress that authorizes a third term for GW BUSH

Sweet Dreams!

So your saying we could get paid for proving how unintelligent some people are? Also, what do you mean "don't play dirty as often"? That, I think, is a typo that should say "It's good to know that liberals, left-wingers, etc. play dirty far more often!"

I'm a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, the Sons of Norway, the Genessee County GOP, the American Trucking Association, and the NRA. I hold Detroit Tigers season tix and have done so since 1991. If I'm supposed to be getting a check from any of these groups for posting my conservatove viewpoints, please let me know, because the rat b*stards forgot to mail mine.

may a bit of guilt be seeping out. I would gladly take up arms against the radical left who is bring down this country and continues to make this country look weak in the eyes of the world. Bring on the new civil war. I am sick and tired of all you yahoos who don't know squat, spewing your garbage. after seeing the protest in Portland Oregon today. I know for sure, the far-left is in with the terrorists. Bring it to my town and see how far you get with that crap.

Who cares if they are? Trying to be like your boy Stalin now? Do you want to silence these voices of dissent?

I love it when libs inadvertently reveal who they are. :-)

By the way I work for a construction company that just tries to make a profit. Is that right wing?

I am conservative, don't work for any right wing organizations. I was kind of thinking the other way around. It seems that quite a few libs repeat each other word for word.

I think you need to prove this statement, pal. You are attempting to discredit a bunch of other users who have as much right to be here as you do.

The only "right wing organization" I work for is my own law firm.

Hey, Unfrozen, you forgot to turn on your cap lock.

I'd answer your question, but my black helicopter showed up to take me to my meeting with the other members of the Tri-Lateral Commission.

I guess it doesn't dawn on the liberals that they are people on the right who actually got there by thinking about it and not by mind manipulation...
