You should take it while trying to conceive and during a pregnancy. some doctors will tell you to stop taking it after you get pregnant but my doctor told me that it decreases the chances of a miscarriage.

I'm taking meformin to help speed up my metabolism. I take 2 tablets a day - one in the morning - one in the afternoon.

I took it while getting pregnant, and once pregnant I took it my entire pregnancy(to reduce miscarriage risk). I have a healthy 6 year old.
