Well the truth is that about a year ago he was on his way to perform in South Africa and he stopped over here in UK.
The police had reason to question him about something and his bodyguards started a fight with the police.
He was arrested and held for a day or two then sent on to SA.
He missed the show that he was supposed to do or the first show,I can't remember.
Anyway like the US we don't like trouble makers so they won't give him a visa.
Edit: Moopoppet. Did you read this answer.
The last time he was here, him and his entourage attacked the airport police. This is not the way to get into a country.
Russell Brand was not given a visa to the US for just having taken drugs in the UK.

I think after his actions on an air plane, the trouble he has been in, the drugs the list goes on I think the UK is justified in keeping him out, it is their prerogative and I do believe they are "nipping in the bud" any such activities over here that would have to be dealt with. He gets locked up over here it will not be so easy for him to have a"get out of jail free" card

It is so silly the government feel the need to make an example out of him. Daft really as although he is associated with crime they still manage to let criminals out early and let numerous asylum seekers with no trade or skills into the country to sponge off us. I just don't get why there is so much fuss over it. He just wants to do a concert. maybe if he did commit a crime here then i would understand. Why do people think that by listening to a rap track will make you pick up a gun or do drugs?
Funny thing is, is that the people going to his concerts and buying his records are normally white middle class- the ones who can afford it.
Yes i agree that guns and drugs are glamorised by rappers but you cannot just blame the artist or their music.

Drugs are too expensive, if we let in Snoop and his entourage; the amount they use is going to push down supply and make the price up.
No Snoop = cheaper drugs for the rest of us!

When he was last here he started fighting with immigration and customs officials at Heathrow airport. Silly man. If you want to get into the UK, don't beat up our immigration PPL, that is dumb.

UK is hot hot on gun related crime in recent years, ganster rappers with dodgy criminal records tend to go down with the Home Office like a cup of cold sick over here. But hey its your gain, think of the joy when he declares himself born again to pass his probation and starts recording Gospel... See, things could be worse

If he says he is an Asylum seeker with no qualifications, loads of diseases and a criminal record as long as your arm then they will let him in. Probably give him a house, car and money at the same time!!

I can't speak for the government, but I won't let him in because I think the fella's an egotistical toss-pot with no discernable talent.
Please go away, Snoop Dogg. What's with the silly name, anyway?
