I made one of those little old fashion toolboxes when I took woodshop. I still have it to this day so it's almost 10 years old.

i have one and used to live in an apartment. i just parked it usually near a light or near my place if i could. you could chain it up but i would be worried about scuffing or chipping the paint or the frame. you should look into getting theft insurance instead of buying a piece of crap van. the complex may not even want an ugly run down vehicle in their lot. check with the mart you are getting the bike from as well. they may have some good ideas to avoid a stolen bike. i must say though that if someone really wants your bike, they will get it. hopefully if you live in a decent area you won't have much to worry about. good luck.

Well......... try maing a memory box, you can bye sets for them in most shops like Bunnings, or something like that. If that dosn't take your fancy then try a wooden billycart! They're really easy!
