I want to do something I won’t get sick of.
I like Engineering, Architecture, Business, and Photography... But I am open to many different fields and careers, as long as I enjoy what I do.

Try talking to people in different careers (informational interview) and see what they like and dislike about their jobs. And also, during your first year in college take courses in all the different subjects that interest you as a possible career. This should help narrow it down. Last year around this time, I was thinking of pursuing a career working with computers. I enrolled in a Computer Science course and quickly discovered that I didn't wanna do that day after day. So trust me, it helps!

Do you have to go to college next semester? You could try putting college off for a year or two while you work. Don't worry that you will be too old or that you won't fit in.

Your local employment service centre or your guidance counsellor should be able to help you with your decisions. An interest and aptitude test will show you where your interests lie and what abilities you have. Then you can interview people who are working in the field(s) you would like to pursue, and you can decide on which courses to take toward your goal. Also, try some volunteer work.

Not uncommon. Your first year of college is usually filled with courses you have to take, no matter what you major is.
College Math, History of Civilization, English Lit and Comp, possibly a science course. This will give you time to think, and will do no harm if you change your mind.

The key is, what do you enjoy?
