Totally. I have been married to my husband for slightly more than a year, and together 5. I don't feel "hot" for him. I love him, but I don't have that "crave". It's okay.

Extremely normal it is called the 7 year itch but starts from about 6 years onwards. It will eventually go back to normal and you will be hot for him once again, you need to do something to spice it up a little, we as humans get bored quickly with the same old thing so now you's have to find a way to revive it.

In this case I agree with daljack.DO you put any effort form your side to make this relatioship work out? If you are not married you still have a choice but I always go with taking a break for a while and see if you miss each other if not then just move on and find some one else!

I would think it's normal. Thats the way its been with all my wives. You just get used to each other and there is no rush to get to the nitty gritty. As long as you still have a good physical relationship ( whats the average , 2 to 3 times a week,) you've got no problem . Enjoy the ' easy life. '

You can't be "hot" 24/7 for 6 years.....otherwise you'd never get anything done.

If you still love him you both need to make the effort to put the spice back in the relationship.....this is something you make a priority.

yeah, becuz u prolly got bored w/ him, it wuz the same routine evry day, r u guyz married ? if yes, then it's definitely cuz of boredom, but if not, u must see each other alot, but try to spend time w/ friends a lil more, jus for some space, to determine wut you ACTUALLY feel, u neva kno, it mite feel suffocating now, n it'll end up totally different another day, or it mite just be the opposite, u lost touch n rnt feeling the way u useto felt in the beginning cuz ur sooooo useto him, well good luck n maybe talk to him, or plan a special evening...to spice things up ?

Yes, it's normal. What happens is that hot infatuation turns in to a more solid, deep love.

You can work to have that deep love AND the hot infatuation back. Do things to spice up your love life. Go on dates. Have special nights...you know what I mean.

You can get it back.

It's normal because you loose love for him. I mean if it feels like a routine to you and you don't want to go through it yeah it's normal. Sometimes it's sad to say, we loose interest in our partners because things change. They stop acting they way they used to be with us and it dissapoints us because you know that's not the same person you fell in love with. So yeah it's normal don't feel bad about it, it's not you things change.

Sometimes things just need a little nudge to get going. Try a little trip to the mall.
1st stop, Bath and Body - something w/ a soft scent.
2nd stop, Victoria's Secret - something a little "more" than you would usually buy.
3rd stop, Candle shop - buy few candles, when you get to the checkout, tell them to double your order.
4th stop, BevMo - buy a new wine glass and a good wine.
5th stop: Home.
Things may not be as "automatic" when we get older, but they certainly are better.
