Will they sell my car ? Will I have to pay the fees if they take it ? What I don't want the car and I want them to take it ?

If you no longer want the car, the best solution would be to contact them to give them the title in exchange for settling any fees (towing/impound/storage) in full. If this is the option you want to go, the sooner, the better, as all impound lots charge a storage fee per day. Be sure you get something in writing from them that all fees are satisfied in exhange for the title. When I did this many years ago, they even let me get all of my personal belongings out of my car, which were worth more than the car itself.

If you can't afford to get your car out of impound then the car will be auctioned off and the proceeds will be used to pay any fees incurred.

3 Then ignore them and let them sell it.

If your in LA.... RTD (the bus)..no fees they sell at auction,if you owe the city they will apply the sale money towards that and bill you for the balance if there is one....

No they should just auction your car off and will probaly take the loss if there is any. In any case start walking.
