What are you planning to do? Out-coroner the planet? Any time an Integra has stiffer suspension, your teeth rattle. Maybe you feel OK with that but how about your passengers?

As Dry Lab has said: Any time you put lowering springs in any car It's impossible to re-align the suspension with out other modifications. Your car's suspension geometry is designed with many factors in mind, roll center, upper and lower A arm length, caster, camber, ride height, spring rate, installed spring height, spring diameter, over all spring height, wire size, number of wire turns per inch of ride height and many other important factors. The shorter springs automatically are much-much stiffer than the standard ones. You will need much stiffer shocks or struts to control the bouncy ride and in the end your wallet will be empty. The end result you will be mad as hell.

These companies who sell these kits are clever. They are secretive about the specifications of the coils they sell to consumers. There boxes contain NO spring specs. That alone will dig customers into a deep hole.

*If and only if you have small coil springs which slide over your shock absorbers (coil overs) you could purchace coils which has a slightly ( 25 ) lb. higher spring rate and adjust ride height back to a factory known minimum.
