if you are that worried about picking your nose then clip your nails or something if it is becoming a problem and you can't get into your nose.. There is always solutions you just have to find them..

No you don't ever have to pick your nose. You blow your nose. If you have an itch or feel that something is there that should not be, you blow it, repeatedly until it no longer is of any concern to you.

Duh, with their fingernails! What I don't get is how someone with a nose stud blow their nose or pick it! Ouch!
