What is the first thing to say before you start a presentation in a class in University?

Introduce your topic and briefly outline what you will be discussing. I would also introduce myself to the class.

Most importantly you want to make sure you also have a good conclusion for your presentation. Never just say, "Ok thats it. See you all later!" Wrap up your presentation by hammering in your main points or issues.
