Not much unless the lighter broke open and there was a spark at the right time. {thinking of a bic type} A zippo type would probly make your laundry stink because there not sealed that well.

Nothing, because the elcectricity isn't linked to the inside of a dryer and it isn't enough heat to make it explode.
