Laguna Beach is a reality show that follows the lives of Laguna Beach high school students. Lauren (LC) was a cast member of the first season of Laguna Beach. She graduated high school, went to college in San Fran for a short time, then moved to LA. The Hills is a spin off of Laguna Beach that follows Lauren's life in LA. The other cast members of the Hills are her new friends in LA, with the exception of a few appearances from old high school friends like Lo.

Lauren (L.C) was on Laguna Beach, a supposed reality show. I guess they liked her so much, they gave her a new show, "The Hills". Wow, I shouldnt know these things, I am 31 years old! That is what maternity leave will do to you!
