well if a an average/better than average looking guys works out (have a nice body), shower daily (which most of us does), dress really nice, have a nice personality, etc.. equal to a good looking guy...

Personally, extremely hott guys are intimidating for some girls. I like guys with a sense of humor and that can talk to me without being a suck up or snotty. Most girls (the ones that I know anyways) don't care so much on how a guy looks but it important they are nice and friendly rather than good looking so I would say yes an "average" looking guy can be equal to or more than a good looking guy.

Yeah, baby!
OK heres the deal. Once upon a time, I met a gentleman who, upon introduction, I had no sense of physical attraction for and--in fact--was a bit of a physical turn off. But the situation was such that I spent 3 hours or so in his company, and what I discovered in those 3 hours was that he was a) intelligent and b) quite charming. And at the end of the 3 hours , he asked me out on a date. I reluctantly said yes. The next night I went on the date. Again I was charmed and entertained. And so I went on another date...and another.
And I fell madly in love with him. And the physical attraction grew as a result of the mental and emotional one.
No I didn't marry him. No it didn't last forever. It lasted for 4 months. He broke it off. And I was devastated.
And I learned that looks don't matter that much after all.

my guy is an average looking guy, but he sure does dress very well, and also has the nice cut muscles. I find him the sexiest man alive when I see him with out his shirt. He is also the kindest man ever. I would say I'm getter a better deal then a good looking guy. I once knew a good looking guy, but he was very shallow

totally! i knew a guy once that was totally not cute but wore amazing clothes, well tailored suits, fancy watches, and was really well groomed and all i could think about was how elegant i thought he was. this was because of his CHOICES which illustrated a better picture of his personality and tastes. we can appreciate that. girls will be into guys for non-looks reasons. I think it's because we make you that we have a heart to appreciate you despite an average appearance.
