i have one simple question.
if we never want to overclock ram or system at all. should we spend more money on branded ram ?
at present i have two options
first DYNET RAM DDR2 667 1 GB
and
second Transcend Ram DDR2 667 1 GB
price difference is there, though basics are same. which one should i choose ? will i get additional performance if i buy branded costly ram ? ( i am not gonna overclock )

Sorry to have to say, but cheap RAM can cause problems.

Hi. Well it will either meet your need or it will not. Go for the one you feel is the best value. But remember, $10 saved now could cost you $10 + later. But it's your call.

I've never heard of either. Make sure you get some kind of warranty. If you never overclock--the memory should last forever!
