Some sandwiches are not healthy, but some are. The turkey on sourdough with lite mayo is the best for you. Stick to the Cafe sandwiches, with no or light mayo. Don't do chicken salad or tuna salad.

The worst sandwiches,
Sierra Turkey
Italian Combo.

Try a up2 with a low fat soup or salad.

Not all of them are if ordered as is from the menu. If you ask for no dressing or mayo and sub mustard, they will be a lot healthier. Also ask the person taking your order. There should be a folder they can show you with the nutritional content of everything they serve.
