There are no RuneScape private servers. Everything that claims to be one actually steals your password and is not a private server.

Yeah become a member, it'll cost you anywhere from 5 bucks a month to more depending on what payment plan you use, with paying by sms being the most expensive adn paying by credit card being the cheapest.

Do you mean the members server? You need to subscribe to it. It runs about $5.00 a month or a little more depending on how you pay.
