at full power i woudl also say sepheroth(sp?) this large jenova form and summon metior that can destroy the earth, and not even narahku can do that, also his almost mot powerfull form can use nova which is also a very powerfull attack

I would have to go with Sephiroth since he has the power of of Jenova, Mako energy, and the Ancients.
