My Siamese cat just turned 24 and other than her fur looking a little faded compared to her younger years you'd never know her age. She has a healthy appetite, if somewhat finicky (but isn't that the nature of a cat?), will run and jump (not as high as before) for a piece of crumpled paper or for whatever reason she comes up with, and doesn't sleep much more than she did before. The one change: her "voice" is louder and more demanding than ever before.
I had two other cats along with her. One died at 19 and the other at 18.

Well, not now...but my Skinx lived to be nineteen and was in good health until his last year. He was a neutered male, part Maine Coon Cat.

I had one that was exactly 14 years old, I had her since she was a kitten and then one day *POOF* she was gone. I think she went somewhere and died, I never found her. RIP Scooter...
