For those of you who use tampons do you use a pad or liner with the tampon just in case you still leak? Are you supposed to leak every now and then even if youre using a tampon because sometimes I do just a little bit and I'm wondering if its normal or if the tampon isn't in right or something.

What is your experience with this? Thanks

You might change your tampon more frequently or try different sizes. Leakage can occur from time to time.

If you leak that means you are not using the right absobency tampon. WHen you period is heavy use a super tampon and then change to a regular as the flow lightens. You can use a pantyliner if you want but you should never have to use a pad and a tampon. You can also consider putting in 2 tampons to help control the leaking. Many brands now have boxes that offer several of each absorbency in the box so you can use whatever one you need at that time.

You'll leak if you aren't using the right absorbency. But is usually doesn't happen to me although have worn a panty liner with my tampon on occasion when I knew I wasn't going to be able to change the tampon for a while.

I think that you should use tampons if you are still leaking, but if that doesn't stop, then try using a pad or a liner they work just as good-if not, better.

You may need to try a different brand of tampons. Try one that "expands to fit." LOL, I hate some of their advertising promos. ;-) Other than that, try using a pantyliner. They're really lightweight and will stop any leaks from making a mess.

This is normal. If your flow is really heavy you may need to change your tampon more frequently or go up to a larger size.

well, if your tampon isn't in right then it will hurt when you move. at least that's the case for me. check to see if you have the right size in.
