Draw it out as a triangle, then use tangent to solve. The height of the lighthouse is the opposite angle from the angle of depression, and the distance to the boat is the adjacent angle.

tan x = opp / adj
tan 27 = 210 / distance
0.5095 = 210 / distance
distance = 210 / 0.5095 = 412.15 ft
