There are lots of women who fit that description in my mind.
Not beautiful or even pretty in a movie star way, but they have a sweet heart, kind eyes and a 'glow' in them.
It's way more about personality than it is looks.
He sounds like a great guy,too.

He is saying that she doesn't have a hot body and that most people aren't going to find her body attractive but she has something about her that he likes that most people wouldn't pick up on Shes not all made up tones of makeup etc.

When your analizing these words, keep in mind your friends charactor...chances are his meaning will reflect his charactor.
