My stupid friend Bobby threw a pen at the wall REALLY, REALLY hard and it explodid all over his cealing walls & ETC. Any clue how to get it off?

There is a product on the market that can be purchased at any hardware store called "TSP" it will work! Just follow the mixing directions- basically just adding water to the powder!.. my experience? I built a fire in the fireplace and forgot to open the flume! Black soot was all over the white painted mantle, sort of baked into the paint! It worked for that, why not ink?

If this ceiling and wall are just painted and not textured like acoustics or any type of textured paint then the pen ink can be removed by using Rubbing alcohol, pour some on a sponge or white cloth and rub keep applying until it has faded then wash with White vinegar on a sponge or cloth this should remove the traces of the ink that was left over by the rubbing alcohol, you can then rinse with warm water. if your ceiling is not textured the mr clean magic erasers are GREAT! i don't know how it would work on textured ceilings......it got permanent marker off of my wall!

no way to really get it all off without a stain.. kilz it then repaint it.
