God created each of us as unique. It would be a different world if we were all alike. Being normal doesn't necessarily mean we aren't unique. Not everyone is normal either. We need to concentrate on being the best we can be within ourselves every day.

I couldn't care less about what where I am on the normal scale...so I guess I don't strive to be unique, I just am.

i like billiards too. i'm not mediocre, yet i'm not a lot good the two. maximum issues I do, i'm not good at. I sing for all time yet i can not sing nicely. I draw and write. Writing is my interest, and that i'm ok at it, yet not the final. inspite of the undeniable fact that it does not end me.

That might be the cause of confucion, because alot of the people who what to be unic are rejected by their loved ones, so the person wants to be normal to be loved, but at the same time the yearn for their family to love them for who they are. Personaly therese is no such thing as a normal person cause we are all different in many ways.

Generally because we want to be accepted while being unique. So, it's a unique is a nice and acceptable way.

I guess cause, we want to be different (actually we all are, in many ways) No one has an indentical personaility. We want to stand out from the crowd or maybe we're not getting the attention we seek. I find lots of people changing themselves to be something their not.

Being "unique" is special...I suppose...but everybody fears mental disorders...so people want to be normal...
