why does people cry when they are too happy or see somebody they have missed too much?

The crying whn u missed somebody a lot is a bit self-explanatory aint it... Some people get really overjoyed that tears just come out of their eyes because they might've been in pain before... The missed too much part is probably when som` thinks about another person a lot and will actually get to see that person.
