invoke her Constitutional right to avoid self-incrimination? In case you didn't know, you can't invoke the 5th simply because you don't want to answer questions. It is only legal in cases where to testify under oath would be to incriminate yourself. What did she do wrong??????

cynthia: Unfortunately for that argument, the Fifth Amendment doesn't protect you from testifying because you're afraid that the questions might be mean.
