I think that the best starting five in basketball would have to be the Detroit Pistons. Not one of these players are superstars such as Nash and some of the other Suns but what each of the starting 5 players for Detroit has is the ability to play on all sides of the ball. What I mean by this is all five starter for Detroit can pass the ball, shoot the ball, score in the paint, defend one on one, defend together in a zone, run a half court offense, rebound, steal, and many other intanigibles that most other teams cannot do. Pheonix is a very good offensive team, but only 1 ( sometimes two) starters can play defense. Also Nash and Amare are the only two players that can consistanly work inside the paint. Nash is the only starter that can make his own shot, the rest need Nash to get them shots. The Detroit lineup are not superstars, but they all can effect every part of a basketball game. That is why i think they are the best starting five. The only team that comes close to Detroit I think would be San Antonio.

If this were a football question, it can were a lot extra obtainable. Seeing Jerry Rice in Raiders' equipment became heart wrenching. similar is going for Joe Montana as a Kansas city chief. the squaddies have made such an outstanding form of undesirable trades by the years, that is difficult to slender it right down to at least one. The Parish, Chamberlain, and Richmond trades were all abhorrently undesirable.strikes that I choose i could rescind. quite than live on which Warriors' commerce became the most catastrophic, i imagine i visit only pick Shaquille O'Neal. i could have fairly favourite that he never left Orlando. His move to l. a. revitalized the Lakers employer and helped take care of them 3 consecutive NBA championhsips. Had he stayed in Orlando, it can have balanced the potential between East and West. as well to denying the Lakers 3 championships (that is area of my motivation), it maximum in all probability could have given us extra aggressive NBA Championships. quite of Lakers/Nets or Lakers/Sixers, we may have easily witnessed a set concerning 2 valid contenders. i imagine a Magic/Kings sequence could were incredibly exciting.

Phoenix Suns A.Stoudemire, Steve Nash, and Shawn Marion are all top 3 players in their respected positions. So deep that Barbosa is a 6th man candidate this guy would be a starter on many other teams. Bell, Diaw, or Babarosa fill this roster out nicely.

phoenix definitely, they have the best playmaker ever a great big man,and overall a pretty well-rounded team, out of the starting 5 they even have a pretty descent bench guard, also mavs have an old team but there still really good, dirk is playin his best season ever terry isn't as good as Nash but he's still good, mavs also have some big men on there side too,but stoudamire is still really powerful down low so I'd say phoenix is the best.
