You should stop eating several hours before going to bed. It is not good for you to eat just before bed as you body is on a go slow so it is harder for it to break the food down.

It is bad because the food gives you energy and keeps you awake longer. It is just as bad as taking a nap a few hours before bed time.

It's bad for your digestive system (it can make you gain weight) but I eat right before bed all the time.

No...it gives your stomach fuel so that you won't be starving for breakfast and be forced to eat a really big breakfast to fill you up and then throw up while running in PE
