jr and king are being inducted because they are BOTH legends.
king was once a great wrestler. according to wikipedia:
Jerry Lawler has made history as being the wrestler with the most championship reigns of all time. He has won 111 titles in his career. plus he is a great color comentator. there are times when the action in the ring dwindles and they need something to help stoke the fire. that's where king comes in. his off the wall comments and quick snippets make watching more fun.
the same goes for jr. jr's history in the business is lengthy. serving not only as commetator but also as wwe executive vice president of business strategies. he has done so much for the company, that this is their way to say thank you

Hey Owen and Davey boy will get on their. But JR and the King deserve it just as well. They are great Legends. King was a great wrestler before Owen and Davey boy came in. AWA Champ. And JR is the greatest announcer of all of sports. The WWE ain't going no where. So they will get in. Hey some people don't get in, but will later. Hey like the Oscars, Al had deserved an Oscar for Scarface but didn't get it. But got it next time. You can't say the JR and the King suck because who would you want to be the voices of Raw. Coach and Todd? Michael Cole and Tazz? Cole and JBL? Tenay and West? Please. JR and the King are the Top 5 reasons why I and everybody else watch RAW.

I know Owen will never be in the Hall of Fame because his widow does not want him because she is still upset with Vince over Owen's death. She is also upset with Bret, who was inducted last year, for the same reason, and because of the Montreal screw job.
I guess most the Harts and those associated with them have not yet fully made amends with Vince and that may be why Pillman and Davey are not in yet either. Let's hope one day they will all make amends and be inducted.
J.R. and King should be in the HoF, but not for a few more years.

No i think of it exchange into time for a transformation.no longer something ever stands nonetheless for long in WWE and that would desire to prepare to the announcers besides.JR and Jerry Lawler have perhaps exchange into complacent and tender on uncooked and mandatory to have their skills stretched slightly.Pairing JR with Mick Foley is an stunning thought as he's signed a sparkling settlement and seems to be a protracted-term commentator. He has the wrestling ability and could make the main of JR's adventure and information.Michael Cole gets the prospect to coach himself on the bigger point and could be extra desirable than able to filling JR's shoes. The Tazz and Adamle pairings could be a rankings catastrophe as you have one fairly green individual in each and each. BQ~ The Draft went especially lots with the two uncooked and SD getting their share of high quality stars.HHH although will probably foyer for a return to uncooked and regain his prestige in WWE.The rosters are precise stability out, in spite of the reality that ECW have been given grew to become over as quickly as lower back with purely Matt Hardy being Drafted.although the extra youthful skills will make the main of Matt's adventure and wwisdom.

Jr. has been the voice of RAW for many, many years and nobody can do it better than him. He is a true legend, even if he doesn't wrestle. King is also a great wrestler and legend. You obviously know little, next to nothing about wrestling. Sure Owen and Davey deserve to be there, but when it's their time to be inducted they will be.

The thing about Lawler's history, is most of those 111 title reigns came about through his own booking. And his fan base was mainly in Memphis. He used to be good as an announcer, but in recent years he's become annoying.
I like JR being inducted, he's been the best play-by-play man in the WWF/E since Gorilla Monsoon, and irrespective of how annoying Lawler is, the two have undeniable chemistry, which is essential for an announcing team.

Just b/c they are still active in the WWE doesn't mean they aren't legends they are the best at what they do and deserve to be there!!The last word I would use to describe either of them would be that they suck!!Yes other should also be there, and I'm sure at some point there time will come!!They already have Mr.Perfect being inducted, and he has passed, what kind of ceremony would it be if all the inductees are gone?!Might as well let the people still living have their spots...at least they can enjoy it!!

J.R. just happens to be one of the greatest announcers ever. The King, while I don't think he should be in the WWE hall of fame, deserves to be in a hall of fame for his contributions. The people you mentioned were good, but just because they are dead, it doesn't make them a legend. Hart should be in, Davey Boy is borderline, but in, and Pilman will never get in.

Because he is a legend, he may not have been a full fledge wrestler but he has dedicated YEARS to the business and I think he deserves it. I think Owen should get it as well, and I don't know why they havent but maybe they will sometime in the near future.

The King and JR are great they deserve to be in the Hall of Fame. If you don't like it, then that's your problem.
