What happened to my American friends? They look like they are close to 50 not 30!

I think we all know that the darker the skin the younger they look - less wrinkles, whiter teeth etc etc
I should know my family are Aboriginals and I look older than my mother and my auntys and I have whiter skin

Apparently I have noticed this to be true too. As in my American friends they look mature and older while Asian friends look younger. I guess that it is in the genes.

I think Asian women and African American women are blessed with VERY good skin and age very very well!!
I know what you mean too, I'm 41 and people think I'm 29-32. I get carded all the time for cigs and once in awhile beer [rarely buy it but get proofed whenever]
While my peers [the white one's, I'm white too] --my peers look all haggard a lot of them, while I've taken after my Mom's side and age very well.
I'm not sure what it is exactly.
but I know as for myself, I've been taking very good care of my skin since I was 16 yrs. old and walk 4 miles almost daily.
