Hmm...She's not fat, but not skinny. She's healthy. Although if she really thinks she's fat, she could lose 4 pounds to get to the ideal weight.

Look my dear I been battling the weight thingie for years. Many people think fat is wonderful and beautiful.Too me as long as your healthy it doesn't matter how fat or skinny you are because you know what! Your still that same person deep down. And most people go out with you for your personality instead of your looks.Beauty is only skin deep.I don't think she's fat and tell your friend to stop worrying and enjoy her life.If she feels unhappy just cut down a little at a time, keep active and if she's healthy ,that's all that should matter to her.I'm doing great now and I've lost weight slowly .This is what I do .One good meal a day and 2 meal replacements,Such as ensur,or any type.Ensur is the best as it's what hospital's use for patients that can't eat.My brother live only onto this for a year as he had a big operation. And today he's find lost lots of weight but really healthy.Good luck

Chrisis?
I think that if she should be happy with herself and thats all that matters. If she's not then she needs to take the steps to get herself where she wants to be. 129 lbs for 5'2 is a little heavy, but if the extra weight is not all in one spot and distributed evenly that should be fine.

Tell her she's not fat...just fluffy. Seriously how old are you guys? If you haven't hit puberty yet don't worry.....you still have some growing to do and the pounds will most likely melt away

Sounds alright to me...even IF it is a bit over and ideal weight, it doesn't mean she's fat..Its all about "how the weight it carried"
