Not true. I live in Georgia and it is done. There is nothing illegal about it.

Some states put limits on what kinds of body modification can be done and how it can be done. Ask a tattoo artist or professional piercer in your state. They should know the laws for that state.

Highly doubt it. On the face of it, it violates the 1st, 4th and 9th amendment.
