Yes, there are several species of lizards in Vietnam as there are in many tropical and semi-tropical countries of the world.
There is a type of house lizard that measures only a few inches while a field lizard can be as long as a foot or more. Fortunately, there are no giant lizards like the Komodo Dragon of Indonesia or a venomous one like the Gila Monster in the American West.

Where I live in the Mekong delta, we have house lizards that are fairly small (not larger than 6" nose to tail tip) They are some kind of gecko species and are a pale, beige color. I've also seen brown and black colored skinks outdoors and once I saw a pale green "Iguana" type lizard in the road adjacent to a rice paddy.
I also saw a small crocodile along the banks of the river once, but those aren't really lizards.
