The current, Post-Crisis, Supergirl is Kara Zor-el. There have been other supergirls, though.

There are many incarnations of supergirl as well as her name. But if your refering to superman's cousin the popular verison is Kara Zo-El.

shes supermans cousin kara zorel which is kinda wierd cause in smallville she kisses him quite intimately. shes almost exactly like superman in every way and she is fiiine.
