water having impurities has lower boiling point.
hence salt presence in water also lowers boiling point.

as a matter of fact presence of impuritiesalso lowers melting point.

no it doesn't. when u put salt into water and boil it, it increases the temperature at which it would boil. for ex. regular water boils at 100 degrees celcius. but if u add salt to it... the water then boils at say 110 or so. adding salt just increases how much NRG is needed to boil the water and speeds up the cooking process at which w/e is in there cooks

Considering that water has the highest specific heat, the total amount of H2O in salt water is lower than in pure water, salt water would reach the boiling temperature slightly faster than pure water.
