could anybody tell me how to SEE snorunt in pokemon emerald?

i dont need to catch him. i only want to see him, because i have seen 199 hoenn pokemon, it is the last before they give me one of the johto starters. please

in order to see him, you will need to get in a fight with one. in shoal cave, when the tide is out (when the water is not as high) you can get to deeper levels. tides run on six hour periods. six hours deep water, six hours shallow water

snorunt are kinda rare down there, but they appear no where else

of course, to complete the hoenn dex, you do need to catch everything, just seeing them is not enough. when you see them and don't catch them, the info doesn't fill in, like size, location, etc..

I gather you know your pokemon, so lets get straight to the point:
Cave where tide changes-tide low, icy section-try walking around 2 find him or use an atck that attracts pokemon.
He is not very good 2 start with BUT evolve him into glalie and hes AMAZING!
