I need a TI- 83 graphing calculator by tomorrow and I wanted to know if there was a free emulator I could get, actually, for any Texas Insruments graphing calculator. Is there an emulator for use on a PSP? If so, can I use it with 3.11 firmware? What about the 3.11 OE custom firmware?

No there isn't, but they do have a regular calculator you can add.

Well, there is a Ti-92 calculator emulator for PSP. Unfortunately, you need a homebrews enabled PSP to run it. For 3.11 firmware, you cannot turn your PSP homebrew enabled.

3.11 OE custom firmware is a hacked version of 3.11 firmware, your PSP cannot install it as well.
